Hello,
I have a problem with the Group Widget. I have installed all the plugins but the option to filter from the add-on by Newest, Active and Popular does not work for me.
If I click it, it deviates to the groups page but the information in the widget does not update me.

We’re sorry for the late reply. We’ve faced a shortage of staff and have been under a lot of pressure with the COVID-19. It seems that your topic has not received the attention it should have… Please accept our apologies.
From your video, it seems that you’re facing an error with the native BuddyPress widget. As it is AJAX powered, maybe this issue is causing an error on your PHP server that is not printed in our page. It should be printed in your logs, if those are activated.
Anyway, my best guess is that your issue might probably caused by some conflicting third party plugin or some extra code snippet as we don’t encounter this issue with our demos.
Could you deactivate all plugins that have not been installed with your theme during its setup and all existing custom PHP code snippets please? And then, could you confirm me that the issue is still persisting please?
Please also make sure that you have the latest theme version and that all recommended plugins are up-to-date. Finally, you could also consider clearing all activated caching system as well as your browser cache before investigating any further.
