Unfortunately, there is no option in the theme that would allow you to easily change the size of your widgets in the dashboard. If you want to achieve that kind of layout, you will have to order some custom development work.
Here are some recommendations if you want to order custom development work:
For one, we recommend you try to reach MeshPros and request a customization quote:
These guys are the author of Match me for BuddyPress, a plugin that recommended to provide the matchmaking feature to your website. You might be already using it. They’ve quite a lot of experience with WordPress and BuddyPress development and might be better suited to help you.
If you’re on a tight budget, we recommend you to require the services from Envato Studio freelancers (https://studio.envato.com/explore/websites-programming). This web platform gives you access to developers who have already experience with theme customizations, and for very competitive prices.

After discussing with the team and with some careful consideration, we decided that we will be adding new layouts for the dashboard in a future update. Please note that this will not allow choosing the size of each widget individually, as these new layouts will be predefined in the theme, but it will still achieve a similar look to the one you linked.
Also, while we have added this feature to our roadmap, this is currently not in our priority list as we will prioritize more important updates like bug fixing before adding new features. This means that at the moment we have no way to say when this feature will be released, but we will try to keep you updated when we plan on releasing this feature.

We recently released a new version of your theme. Updating your theme, Grimlock plugins and all the other recommended plugins to the latest version should fix this issue.
If you have correctly updated the theme and Grimlock, the problem should now be fixed. You might still be seeing the issue because your browser cache is showing you an older version of the page (browsers do that to load pages faster). So to see that the issue is resolved you will need to empty your browser cache and reload the page. If you want to read more on what browser cache is and how to clear it, here is an article that might help you: How to Clear Internet Cache in Every Major Browser.
To update your theme, you can download and install the Envato Market plugin (envato.com/market-plugin/) on your WordPress site.
Once the plugin is installed and activated, go to “Envato Market” in your admin menu and follow the instructions under “Activate Envato API Connection”.
When this is done, you will see your purchased themes under the “Themes” tab and you should be able to update your theme from there by clicking the “Update available” button.
