Hello,
I’ve installed a Woocommerce shop with mycred points payment.
All is fine, I can add articles in the caddy, and proceed to payment with MyCred points. But when I want to validate the order, the site displays
indefinitely his page loader. But the order is validated, the client receives a confirmation email, the admin receives an order email, the backoffice order is ok too.
The only issue is front-side with this non-stop loader…In the Woocommerce logs, the log seems to point Gwangi as the origin of error:
themes/gwangi/woocommerce/order/order-details.php à la ligne 27Could you help me?
Best regards,

Hi @gillesderon,
Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We will investigate further to find from where this issue is coming from.
I know that WooCommerce recently released an update that might require us to update the templates. Can you tell me what version of WooCommerce you are currently using ?

Hi @gillesderon,
Thank you. I believe we found the issue, and it seems like this is indeed an issue in our template. Thank you for your feedback.
We will fix this in the next Gwangi update, which should hopefully come out this week.
Best regards,

Hi there,
As you might already have noticed we recently released a new version of Gwangi. Updating your theme and all the required plugins to the latest version should fix this issue.
To update your theme, you can download and install the Envato Market plugin (https://envato.com/market-plugin/) on your WordPress site.
Once the plugin is installed and activated, go to “Envato Market” in your admin menu and follow the instructions under “Activate Envato API Connection”.
When this is done, you will see your purchased themes under the “Themes” tab and you should be able to update your Gwangi theme from there by clicking the “Update available” button.
