Hello,
I have two questions
1-I have a problem for a user to activate the account, an activation email must be sent, what happens is that the mail takes a long time to arrive, and I want to know how I can solve it.
2- I also want to personalize the email, how can I do it, since it is shown like this

Are you suggesting a new feature? That’s what you’re implying by posting in “Feature Requests” for Gwangi.
Unfortunately, the edition of WP emails will not be included in our theme and has to be done with plugins to comply with the Plugin Territory directive.If you wish to edit BuddPress emails, you can do so from WP admin. Just go to your dashboard and navigate to “Emails > All Emails”. Then, open the desired email to edit it.
To go further with BuddyPress emails, it’s best if you try to reach the plugin authors. They will be more informed and better suited to help you.
