    See attached, the number of members displayed does not match the total shown near “All members”. I’ve used BuddyPress’ “Repair total members count.” feature and nothing happened. Hoping you can shed some light on this. Plugins are up to date.

    So I figured out that the issue was that the users hadn’t logged in and they need to log in at least once to appear. But now I have an issue of too many members appearing in the count since I have some code that hides admin members. This can be marked as resolved for now.

    Hi Meir,

    Glad to read you found the solution!

    That is the normal behavior for the BuddyPress member count, because BuddyPress will only count members that are considered as “active”. A member is considered active only if they logged in at least once.
