I think, it can be useful to add Switch to Appearance menu to disable this hover effect.

Thank you for your feedback. You’re right. We need to move this topic to feature requests.
We will consider a Customizer option to remove the diagonal border which is cropping the button. This CSS bit of code seems to cause issues in some cases, like yours.
It will be implemented in an upcoming release.

No it’s not the same issue. It seems that you have a custom CSS Who conflicts with the form captcha :
iframe { height: 45vmin; }You must be more precise with the CSS selector you use or you can use this CSS snippet :
.lwa .g-recaptcha { overflow: hidden !important; }I hope this will help you.
