I wanted to add to the website Accordion as visible in the template, but it doesn’t exist in the imported demo so I started investigating on my own how to do it.
As far I understand there is a need to turn Accordion functionality in Getwid settings what I did.
Now I can add in page editor accordion, but it has broken style, look very bad.
I tried to apply CSS class as in the demo on your website (this part doesn’t exist in imported demo), adding getwid-init class helped look accordion as intended but now it is not clickable, it doesn’t expand instead when clicked move the user to the top of the pageHow to add accordion correctly?

Could you create a new website user for us please? If possible with administrator capabilities so we can make a quick check of your settings.
You can post the user name and password in your next reply and mark it as private to keep this between us.Also, are we free to deactivate plugins for our tests? In this case, I invite you to make a backup before we investigate your website further in order to make sure you don’t loose any data if something goes wrong.

Error: Cookies are blocked or not supported by your browser. You must enable cookies to use WordPress.This issue might be due to a cache or security plugin. To know more about that, please read the following article: How to fix “Cookies are blocked or not supported by your browser”.
Could you follow the steps in this article or temporarily disable these plugins to allow me to log-in, please?

Thank you for your precious feedback. There is definitely an issue in our theme which will be fixed in the next update.
Waiting the update, simply add the following code snippet to your website:
/** * Fixing style issue with Accordion */ .wp-block-getwid-accordion{ margin:1rem auto; } .wp-block-getwid-accordion .wp-block-getwid-accordion__header-wrapper, .wp-block-getwid-accordion__content-wrapper{ padding: 0px !important; }To add this code snippet to your site, we recommend that you paste it to the Custom CSS panel of your WordPress Customizer. Just go to your dashboard and navigate to “Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS”.
Pasting your code snippet there should do the trick for you.Also, it’s important to remember that we share snippet only to solve issues with our theme. Any further request for CSS snippets will have to be part of a defect that needs to be fixed urgently. No snippets will be shared otherwise.

Hi Kuba,
We recently released a new version of your theme. Updating your theme, Grimlock plugins and all the other recommended plugins to the latest version should fix this issue.
If you have correctly updated the theme and Grimlock, the problem should now be fixed. You might still be seeing the issue because your browser cache is showing you an older version of the page (browsers do that to load pages faster). So to see that the issue is resolved you will need to empty your browser cache and reload the page. If you want to read more on what browser cache is and how to clear it, here is an article that might help you: How to Clear Internet Cache in Every Major Browser.
To update your theme, you can download and install the Envato Market plugin (envato.com/market-plugin/) on your WordPress site.
Once the plugin is installed and activated, go to “Envato Market” in your admin menu and follow the instructions under “Activate Envato API Connection”.
When this is done, you will see your purchased themes under the “Themes” tab and you should be able to update your theme from there by clicking the “Update available” button.
