Hello,
In the blog I see very enriched articles, articles with videos and images.
But the users of my site are unable to create those articles.
Because when I go to my profile(on the website) and I create an article I only have the possibility of adding text and only one image, I am unable to add rich content such as several images or videos.
What must registrants do to add rich articles?
Besides, you still haven’t answered my question about testimonials. You have ignored my question and closed the topic. I asked you how users can add their testimonials.

The rich content will be displayed according the selected post format. For more about this, please read the following post:
https://www.wpbeginner.com/glossary/post-formats/If you wish to let users submit posts for your blog, you can give them a restricted access to your dashboard, for instance with the Author role. Otherwise, if you don’t want your users to access the WP admin panels and still want them to be able to submit posts, I suggest that you install and activate Social Articles to bring social publishing to your website:
