Hi,
We have recently purchased Cera theme for Intranet/Extranet and have few issues as below:
1. Editing page in Elementor gives error “Sorry, The Content Area Was Not Found in Your Page. You must call the_content function in the current template, in order for Elementor to work on this page.” Kindly suggest.
2. Supported page builder for Cera theme
3. How to remove/hide all Menus from Home page
4. Change sequence of the Top-Right Menu, to appear user name/menu at last
5. Top-right menu to show Notifications, Messages, etc. with drop-down.
6. By default, keep Left Menu open after user sign-in.
7. Shows Error in Left Menu under Community > Members > “{{poster.name}} replied to one of your updates:” instead of “Search Members”
8. Missing Left side Menu: Events Cards, Events MapAppreciate your kind support on the same at the earliest.
Thanks & Regards,

Hi @rizenindia,
Thank you for buying our theme. We hope it will meet all your expectations. ?
If you wish to use Elementor to edit you Homepage, you need to make sure that you’ve selected Elementor as you primary page builder during the setup, like suggested here:
https://support.themosaurus.com/forums/topic/sorry-the-content-area-was-not-found-in-your-page-2/#post-11379Then if not already done, please apply the “Elementor Full Width” or “Elementor Canvas” page template to your page. Finally, to display the section widgets from our demo Homepages, just select one the imported Elementor template to start your page (like “Home”), like discussed here:
https://support.themosaurus.com/forums/topic/sorry-the-content-area-was-not-found-in-your-page-2/#post-11384If those steps have been done correctly, you should be able to edit your Homepage with Elementor in no time! 🙂
We’re glad to answer any question related with the setup of our theme.
However, it very difficult for us to provide the best support possible and to keep track of issues and their resolution if you so many questions are asked in the same topic.
Moreover, it’s easier for us to share the resolution for a single issue with other members of our community facing the same problem. So, could you move your other questions into different topics?
By doing this, you will be making a great contribution to this forum, and we thank you very much for that! 🙂Thank you.

Hi,
Thank you for your prompt reply.
As suggested to highlight queries/issues in different post, it will be more convenient if the queries/issue are less and if they are on later stage. We are still on the setup stage or rather can say on customization stage. And also when we do not want to share our customization details with others.
That’s the reason we are submitting our queries/issues in one post.
Appreciate your kind support on the same at the earliest.
Thanks & Regards,

Hi @rizenindia,
I see your point. However, the majority of your questions require explanation. It will be very confusing to find all the answers in a single message. For you, as for us. Indeed, it will be difficult for us to follow the progress and status of the problem in order to accompany you until it is completely resolved.
In addition, you have the option of putting an answer in private. This way, only the Themosaurus team will see the information you deem private.
Even though some answers may be private, the nature of the problem and the solution will remain visible to our community. By answering your question in different messages, you are more accurate and this can help other users to find out how to solve the same problem if they encounter the same issue.
We thank you in advance for your understanding and look forward to seeing your new posts to help you as best we can! 🙂
Kind regards,
