Thank you, it looks like your files are indeed clean now.
I’ve tried the import wizard on your site and I can see that it’s failing to install our Grimlock plugins as well as our demo content files. After taking a closer look at the wizard log file, I can see a few errors stating that the wizard is unable to contact our files server because of a timeout :
[2022-06-08 18:04:53] merlin-logger.ERROR: An error occurred while fetching file from: <strong>http://files.themosaurus.com/gwangi/demos/dating/demo-content.xml</strong>!<br>Reason: http_request_failed - cURL error 28: Failed to connect to files.themosaurus.com port 80: Connection timed out.
However, our files server is currently doing perfectly fine and is completely accessible, as you can see if you open the demo-content file directly in your browser : http://files.themosaurus.com/gwangi/demos/dating/demo-content.xml. I’ve also tried running the wizard using a test server on my side to make sure this isn’t a general issue, and I can confirm the wizard has worked perfectly on our test server.
Knowing this, I believe the issue comes from your hosting provider, which might be blocking requests to our files server. So my advice would be to contact your hosting provider about this issue to see if they can take a look and hopefully do something to avoid blocking requests to our files server.
