The first thing to do is to determine from where this issue is coming from (plugins of theme). This way, we’ll be able to guide you in the right direction to fix this.
My best guess is that there is a misconfiguration of PMPro. Can you please deactivate Paid Memberships Pro plugin and tell me if this issue still persists?
Then, can you please make sure all plugins are up to date, as well as the theme?
