Hi there,
I’m looking to delete the “username” field for the registration process. So, I need to delete the username field in the form and change the login fields.
Can someone please let me know what file should I modify to do this?

The Register page cannot be edited directly. However, you can create new member profile field and choose to display them in the registration form.
For more about this, please read the following post: Modifying the Registration Form.
As you can read in this article, the username is managed by WordPress. I’m afraid there is no solution we know of that would allow you to remove this field.Also please sure that you either log out of your website or use the private navigation from your browser to view your changes you’ve made to this page.

This is standard design with our theme and BuddyPress, I’m afraid.
As this is not breaking the page, changing this is considered customization work. Unfortunately, this is a service that we do not provide.
We only share snippet only to solve issues with our theme. Any further request for CSS snippets will have to be part of a defect that needs to be fixed urgently. No snippets will be shared otherwise.
If you want to go further with the customization of your website, we advise that you hire a freelancer to do it for you.
