    Hi Demo is not installing, the percentage stays the same 0% and seems like freezing.

    I want to add community theme , but now it’s basic blog page only showing.

    Please help.

    See the attachment, its been like this the whole time. unable to upload theme demo.

    We’re sorry to read that you’re facing some issue when importing our theme. Be sure we’ll do our best to help you find out from where this issue is coming from.

    We noticed on your last topic that you already followed the steps in our Demo Import Troubleshooting – Common Issues and Resolutions article.

    In that case, it’s best if we take a quick look at this. Could you create a new website user for us please? If possible with administrator capabilities so we can make a quick check of your settings. You can post the user name and password in your next reply and mark it as private to keep this between us.

    Also, are we free to deactivate plugins for our tests? In this case, I invite you to make a backup before we investigate your website further in order to make sure you don’t loose any data if something goes wrong.

    Be sure your support team is currently doing their best to offer the best support possible despite the high volume of requests. Please note that we provide support only during belgian business hours : Monday to friday, from 8:30 am – 5:30 pm CEST. Our response time can be up to 1 business day, as mentioned at multiple places on our support forum.

    Hi Jun,

    We recently released a new version of your theme. Updating your theme, Grimlock plugins and all the other recommended plugins to the latest version should fix this issue.

    If you have correctly updated the theme and Grimlock, the problem should now be fixed. You might still be seeing the issue because your browser cache is showing you an older version of the page (browsers do that to load pages faster). So to see that the issue is resolved you will need to empty your browser cache and reload the page. If you want to read more on what browser cache is and how to clear it, here is an article that might help you: How to Clear Internet Cache in Every Major Browser.

    To update your theme, you can download and install the Envato Market plugin (envato.com/market-plugin/) on your WordPress site.

    Once the plugin is installed and activated, go to “Envato Market” in your admin menu and follow the instructions under “Activate Envato API Connection”.

    When this is done, you will see your purchased themes under the “Themes” tab and you should be able to update your theme from there by clicking the “Update available” button.
