Hi!
I have a couple of questions regarding the Forum section on my Cera theme.-1- I would like to know how to enable “Closed icons” to the topic title when the topic is closed, I would like to use something similar to what you use here at the support forum.
-2- I would like to display a message when the topic is closed under the subscribe button – This topic is resolved. Similar to the green bar used here at the support forum.
-3- For some reason, even if the topic is closed, users can see the reply form. Is it possible to disable it or show a message that the topic is closed, and replies are not possible?Thank you!
Hi Mike,
We used Cera theme for our forum based support. Note that we customized some features ourselves and if you want to add the same features you listed, you need some customization work. Unfortunately, this is a service that we do not provide.
We only share snippet only to solve issues with our theme. Any further request for CSS snippets will have to be part of a defect that needs to be fixed urgently. No snippets will be shared otherwise.
If you want to go further with the customization of your website, we advise that you hire a developer to do it for you.
