Up::0Hi there. We’ve got Elementor Pro on-site and added a custom footer template built with Eelmentor.
However, when we set the conditions for the footer to be visible across all sites, that overrides the default Gwangi footer (which is okay) as well as the default Gwangi menu, which we’d like to keep rather than rebuild it with Elementor.
Is it possible to have Elementor footer and Gwangi menu at the same time?
I’ll post the links and the access info in the next reply.
Thanks a lot.April 6, 2022 at 13:37 #39719@themodactyl- 0 Topics

Hi Mashedd,
I’ve investigated this issue and found that this is the default behavior as intended by Elementor, because replacing only the footer, or only the header would apparently break the HTML code of the website on most themes.
However, Elementor has also developed a solution that we could implement within our theme to allow replacing one without removing the other. Knowing this, I took the liberty to move this topic to our Feature Requests forum. As this feature could be a nice addition to our theme, we will implement it if other community members upvote your request.
In the meantime, if you really need to use the Elementor footer, I’m afraid the only way is to also create an Elementor header.
We’ll keep you informed. Thank you very much for contributing to this theme!
Best regards,
