Hi! Last month I posted this topic and found the possible issue by following your advise to deactivate all additional plugins that were not required to run Gwangi.
My previous post (see quote below) was already closed when I was able to identify the issue, so I’m opening a new topic to explore more on how to solve it.
It seems that the background issue is caused by an incompatibility with the Youzify plugin, when I have the bbPress Integration off on the Youzify settings. I keep it off because of how it changes the forum page (see on attached picture on next private reply). I feel like It is a lot more disorganized and it does not allow for the topics to be shown on a list form and the forum statistics as well are too many.
On my initial post you helped me with the forum search bar background issue. And for the topics box I have contacted a developer from Envato Studio to check on it. But since I now know the incompatibility is caused by Youzify, I will also contact the plugin creators to see if they have a solution that does not involve turning on the bbpress integration button from their settings.
I’m just posting this to leave a reference on the origin of the issue, although I still have not manage to solve it 100%.
I’d welcome any other idea you may have to solve it based on my findings here.Thanks again!

The bbPress Integration feature on the Youzify settings seems to overide the Gwangi style to apply the Youzify style. This is standard design with Youzify, I’m afraid. In conclusion, changing this is considered customization work. Unfortunately, this is a service that we do not provide.
We only share snippet only to solve issues with our theme. Any further request for CSS snippets will have to be part of a defect that needs to be fixed urgently. No snippets will be shared otherwise.
The first solution will be to deactivate the bbPress integration. However, if you really want to use this integration, we suggest you to go further with the customization of your website. In that case, we advise that you hire a freelancer to do it for you.
If you’re on a tight budget, we recommend you to require the services from Envato Studio freelancers (https://studio.envato.com/explore/websites-programming). This web platform gives you access to developers who have already experience with theme customizations, and for very competitive prices.
