Up0Hello,
we can set featured images on the backend of every forum. That image is only shown in the little circle on the forum overview page in the frontend. Is it possible to show that featured image not only in the little circle but also as header image/title image of that forum after clicking on it on the forum overview page?

Thank you for your request.
This is standard design and behavior with our theme and the bbPress plugin, I’m afraid. As this is not breaking the page, changing this is considered customization work. Unfortunately, this is a service that we do not provide.
However, we discussed about it and we conclude it would be indeed very nice to allow user to use images in the custom-header.
Please note that I took the liberty to move this topic to our Feature Requests forum. As your idea could be a nice addition to our theme, we will implement this feature if other community members upvote your request. 🙂

I love the suggestion – however .. I would like to point out that some of us do not use “big images” in the featured images of forums – and only small icons now (as intended by design). If this someday is made into a feature, then it needs to be a toggle setting so people can choose to have it or not since my icons would look super weird as a header. 🙂
