Hello,
I dont seem to have the ability to edit the forums. I dont have bbpress on the dashboard. The only location i can see it is within the customizer. Although i do like that i can change the layouts and style, i would like to edit the forums themselves.

Hi Raymond,
Thank you for buying our theme. We hope it will meet all your expectations! 🙂
The customizer panel allows you to edit the style of your website. To edit the forum, please go to Dashboard > Forums. Please find the attached screenshot.
If you have further questions or requests, feel free to create other forum topics.

Hi Raymond,
It’s best if we take a quick look at this. Could you create a new website user for us please? If possible with administrator capabilities so we can make a quick check of your settings.
You can post the user name and password in your next reply and mark it as private to keep this between us.Also, are we free to deactivate plugins for our tests? In this case, I invite you to make a backup before we investigate your website further in order to make sure you don’t loose any data if something goes wrong.
Thank you.

Hi Raymond,
Thank you for granting us access to your wp admin.
That’s really odd! 🤔
My best guess is that your issue might probably be caused by some conflicting third party plugin or some extra code snippet as we don’t encounter this issue with our demos.
Could you deactivate all plugins that have not been installed with your theme during its setup and all existing custom PHP code snippets please? And then, to help us getting clues and find a solution to this issue, please activate logging on your website, just turn WP_DEBUG to true, by pasting the following code lines in your wp-config.php file, just before the line that says ‘That’s all, stop editing! Happy blogging.’:
// Enable WP_DEBUG mode define( 'WP_DEBUG', true ); // Enable Debug logging to the /wp-content/debug.log file define( 'WP_DEBUG_LOG', true ); // Disable display of errors and warnings define( 'WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY', false ); @ini_set( 'display_errors', 0 );
More on this in the following topic: Debugging in WordPress.
Thank you for bring this new issue to our attention. We’re glad to answer any question related with the setup of our theme. However, it is very difficult for us to provide the best support possible and to keep track of issues and their resolution if so many questions are asked in the same topic.
Moreover, it’s easier for us to share the resolution for a single issue with other members of our community facing the same problem. So, could you move your other question into a different topic, please? One question = one topic.
By doing this, you will be making a great contribution to this forum, and we thank you very much for that!Thank you.

Hi Raymond,
I just deactivated all plugin except bbPress. As predicted, we’ve met this error again. However this time, thanks to the code snippet that you’ve recently added to your
wp-config.php
file, we should be able to read the error.Could you share the content of your
debug.log
file with us please? We need all the logs that follow the day and time of my reply. All logs before the exact time of this reply are not useful. You can post the content of this file as plain text in your next reply and mark it as private to keep this between us. Then, you can reactivate all plugins on your website. This way, we’re sure no other plugin interfere. After having reviewed your next reply, we’ll be able to tell you if the issue is caused by our product, a third party plugin or any type misconfiguration on your server.
If we’re not able to help, we’ll recommend you to transfer the error logs to the plugin author or to your server hosting support.
Thank you.

We tried many things, but we cannot find from where this issue is coming from.
There one last thing you can try: Can you please try to activate another theme like Twenty Twenty Two? Then, can you please tell me if bbPress works?
If this issue still occurs, it means this issue has nothing to do with our theme. In that case, I suggest you to reach bbPress support team. They’ll be better suited to help you with their plugin.
Don’t hesitate to share the solution with us. I’m sure it will help other users facing the same issue. By doing this, you’ll make a great contribution to this forum, and we thank you very much for that! #SharingIsCaring 💪🏻
Thanks,

Finally, recieved the steps. I wasnt a keymaster so i was unable to edit, i was only a participant.
1. download and activate plugin: bbp style pack
2. under settings within dashboard access the bbp style pack.
3. go to the bbPress bug fixes tab.
4. select to make yourself a keymaster. Then you are finished and good to delete the plugin.
