Hello, I posted a comment on this themes comment board but just now have renewed support.
Somehow the forums on this theme have disappeared entirely form the CMS. I had the website on a different domain. I had it transferred. Everything was transferred just fine. However, after not using the website for a few months, I have finally got back to editing the website for launch. I noticed that forums have vanished.
There is now place in the CMS to view, edit or add, delete forums. It no longer exists. However, I the forums that I originally created are still on the live website here: https://social.thedragonscup.com/forums/
How can the forums just vanish? Do you know what might have happened and can you help? Can I reinstall it? I have no idea what to do.
Thanks.

Hi Mike,
Thank you for reaching out to us. 🙂
That’s really strange. It’s best if we take a quick look at this…
Could you create a new website user for us please? If possible with administrator capabilities so we can make a quick check of your settings.
You can post the user name and password in your next reply and mark it as private to keep this between us.Also, are we free to deactivate plugins for our tests? In this case, I invite you to make a backup before we investigate your website further in order to make sure you don’t loose any data if something goes wrong.
Thank you.

Hi Mike,
It seems that bbPress allows only admin user who has keymaster role to access to topics through admin. I found this topic that seems to answer the same concern: bbpress forums missing/not-accessible from admin view
Could please log in with the keymaster credencials please?
Best,

Hi Mike,
Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, we have no clue. 🤷🏻♀️
To make sure this issue is related to bbPress, I changed the theme and deactivated all plugins except bbPress. It seems this issue still persists. As this issue is related with bbPress, it’s best if you try to reach the plugin authors. They will be more informed and better suited to help you.
To go further, we invite you to post your request on their support forums: bbpress.org/forums.
Don’t hesitate to share the solution with us. We’re really curious to know what’s going on. Moreover, I’m sure it will help other users facing the same issue. By doing this, you’ll make a great contribution to this forum, and we thank you very much for that! #SharingIsCaring 💪🏻
We remain available for all support requests related with the use of your theme.
