I have moved the Haarlem.singles website from staging to live but the fonts are not showing correctly. I messaged the hosting but it seems the problem is in how the theme/plugin calls the fonts directory.
I am trying to set the fonts again correctly on the live site (as advised by the hosting support) but nothing changes. When i open the customizer the fonts are showing already correctly but when i save the changes and close it goes back to showing the standard browser fonts.

Hi,
Thank you very much for reaching out! 🙂
Kirki is the plugin managing fonts for our theme. Usually, it dynamically loads them in Customizer for better previewing the changes and then, it downloads the desired font files to your server to improve page loading times. This Issue is related with loading server static files.
Can you try to delete all fonts files through your ftp (/wp-content/fonts) ? You have to delete all .wof files. then, could you flush the cache of this plugin by entering this url (YOURSILEURL.COM/?action=kirki-reset-cache) and your browser cache too?
We’ve addressed a very similar issue in another topic. To find out more, please click on the following link:
If you have further questions or requests, feel free to create other forum topics.
We remain available for all matters related with our theme!
Cheers,
