The website went down entirely after installing the theme. We tried to contact the author, but couldn’t get through. Then talked to WP engine support as well, and got to know there are bugs in one of the plugins Buddypress, and it’s failing to work in my https://allgeoblogstg.wpengine.com/ previously we have tried in my production site blog.allgeo.com. This theme is full of bugs and errors, we cannot afford to install this and author hasn’t been replying. We request a refund

To help us getting clues and find a solution to this issue, please activate logging on your website, just turn WP_DEBUG to true, by pasting the following code lines in your wp-config.php file, just before the line that says ‘That’s all, stop editing! Happy blogging.’:

Could you reset your WordPress database using WP Reset (https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-reset/) and start fresh with our setup wizard ?
You can easily install the theme by relaunching the setup wizard, as it will programmatically do every steps for you.
Please come back to us as soon as the theme setup is finished. Is all the content imported?
