Hi @botbead,
Could you please create a new website user for us? If possible with administrator capabilities so we can make a quick check of your settings.
You can post the user name and password in your next reply and mark it as private to keep this between us.Cheers,

Hi @botbead,
Thank you for the credentials.
Unfortunately, it seems like I cannot reproduce the issue on my side. And after taking a look on your website it looks like this is an issue with the RTMedia plugin.
If you want to make sure that this is not an issue with our theme or plugins, you can try the following:
– First, make a backup of your website
– Disable all our Grimlock plugins
– Switch to one of the default WordPress themes, like the Twenty Nineteen theme
– Try again to click on the “upload” button to see if the issue is still happeningPlease make sure to create a backup of your website before trying that.
If it is still happening, then it means this is an issue with the RTMedia plugin, or a conflict with another plugin installed on your site.
In that case, we recommend that you contact the RTMedia support as they will be more informed and better suited to help you with that issue:
Best regards,
