Concerning the users, I think this article from WPBeginner might catch your attention: How to Easily Import and Export WordPress Users.
To export the content of your website, you might use the standard export WordPress function. This article seems to be complete about that: How to export and import posts from one WordPress to another.
I think the best way to do this would be to duplicate you website on your second domain and, then, change the style as you want. Here is an article that seems to well explain all the steps to follow: How to Clone a WordPress Site in 7 Easy Steps.
