I just purchased this theme and followed all the documentation per the links below but I’m still experiencing issues. At the theme setup > import content step, the percentage of completion at the content section changes from 0% up to 4% but never completes to go on to the next step to finish the import. I verified PHP version and reinstalled the theme per the troubleshooting suggestions in the documentation. I’m requesting assistance in installing demo content. By configuring the PHP to increase the memory size appears to have fixed downloading and installing the content but after following the steps below Im still stuck not getting the demo set up correctly.

Also, are we free to deactivate plugins for our tests? In this case, I invite you to make a backup before we investigate your website further in order to make sure you don’t loose any data if something goes wrong.

I think there was a plugin you installed that messed up with the theme setup. I deleted all plugins and start fresh and I could finish the demo import without any issue. Now, all seems to work fine. Could you please check on you side?
