When uploading the Cera Theme to WordPress not all plugins are installed. We have already repeated the process several times and also deleted the content and reinstalled it again. Is there anything special you have to pay attention to or why the plugins are not installed?

Hi @lurchfrei,
Thank you for reaching out! ?
Usually, the setup wizard should make the demo import run smoothly, but issue can occur sometimes. Please give a quick look to the the following post, as we address the most installation common issues:
This topic might also catch your attention as one of our user shared the server configuration with which he has been able to solve a similar issue:
https://support.themosaurus.com/forums/topic/import-content-page-loading-forever/#post-12500These type of issues are usually caused by server misconfigurations. Please check the WordPress prerequisites here: https://wordpress.org/about/requirements/.
For better performance (and better security) we obviously recommend the version 7.2 for PHP. Nevertheless, if this is not possible for you (server type, incompatibilities with plugins, etc.) we recommend at least version 5.6.X.
We hope this will help.
Best regards,

Good evening,
I don’t think you fully understand the situation. The Theme installs without any problems. Unfortunately, the plugins do not. But after you try to install all the plugins, they simply don’t install. I would appreciate it if you would look over the whole situation. We would also send you the access data. Without the plugins, we cannot use the theme fully. Thanks a lot

Hi @lurchfrei,
Our theme offers a built-in setup wizard if you are looking for a ready-to-use demo to start their website.
Simply navigate to “Appearance > Theme Setup” and launch the wizard to get the exact same and fully functional demo like the one that we advertise. Our setup wizard will dynamically activate the recommended plugins based on the selected demo as not every one requires the same plugins, import the demo content and programmatically do several extra steps for you.
Unfortunately, we do not provide any installation service. If you need help with the setup of your website, we advise that you hire a freelancer.
If you’re on a tight budget, we recommend you to require the services from Envato Studio freelancers (https://studio.envato.com/explore/websites-programming). This web platform gives you access to developers who have already experience with theme customizations, and for very competitive prices.
Best regards,
