When I have the web in Spanish and I am going to look at swap men or swap women, it tells me that there is no one and it is not true because if I have profiles, in English it works well but in Spanish it does not (see the photo woman swap Spanish).
In English (main language) it works well but with Spanish it does not appear in only man swap, only woman swap and only other swap. I don’t know if it’s a problem with the theme or with wpml.

Hi Miguel,
Please note that I took the liberty to split your topic to make it easier to manage. 🙂
First of all, would you like to make all members visible on the member directory (English members and Spanish members)?
If not, can you confirm all the Spanish members are activated, as we discussed in the following topic?
I’m waiting for your feedback. 🙂

It is that all the members should leave both in English and in Spanish and those of English do not leave and these if they are activated, that is, none of them.
The Spanish ones are not activated because it can’t be done, but if I enter the web in English, if the Spanish ones come out in English.February 15, 2021 at 11:23 #28991@themodactyl- 0 Topics

I’m sorry Miguel, I’m not sure to understand. 🤔
You want English members to be able to see all English and Spanish members, and Spanish members to be able to see all Spanish and English members. Is that right?
Thanks,

Hi Miguel,
Thank you for your feedback.
If you have created some users manually, the reason why you can’t see them is because BuddyPress will only show members considered as “active members” on the site. Even if you manually activated the users, you need to log in with each user account at least once so that BuddyPress considers them as active members.
To make it easier for you, you can install the “User switching” plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/user-switching/). This plugin will allow you to browse your members list, then click on “Switch to” on the user of your choice. After switching, a link will appear at the bottom of your site to switch back to your admin user. You can then repeat the process for all your users and they should appear in your members page.
If you have Paid Membership Pro plugin activated, this issue could also come from its misconfiguration (and its BuddyPress add-on’s). Please make sure to deactivate Paid Membership Pro (and its BuddyPress add-on) to test if this is related to the configuration of these plugins.
If this is the case, we recommend that you follow this post explaining how Paid Membership Pro and its BuddyPress add-on work:

Hi Miguel,
Can you tell us if you create an xprofile field for your users to choose their language, please?
My best guess is that there is a misconfiguration between BuddyPress and WPML. The fact that spanish users are visible when you select the spanish language made me think that buddypress is working fine, but WPML might hide the english members. Unfortunately, we have no clue. 🤷🏻♀️
As this issue is related with WPML, it’s best if you try to reach the plugin authors. They will be more informed and better suited to help you.
To go further, we invite you to post your request on their support forums:
https://wpml.org/forums/forum/english-support/Don’t hesitate to share the solution with us. I’m sure it will help other users facing the same issue. By doing this, you will be making a great contribution to this forum, and we thank you very much for that! #SharingIsCaring 💪🏻
We remain available for all support requests related with the use of your theme.

Thank you Miguel for your feedback and your screenshots. We’d like to take a quick look at this…
Could you create a new website user for us please? If possible with administrator capabilities so we can make a quick check of your settings.
You can post the user name and password in your next reply and mark it as private to keep this between us.Also, are we free to deactivate plugins for our tests? In this case, I invite you to make a backup before we investigate your website further in order to make sure you don’t loose any data if something goes wrong.
In the future, could you please try to explain your problem more clearly? The fact that you use little or no punctuation makes it difficult for us to understand your sentences clearly.
We thank you for your understanding. 🙂

Hi Miguel,
This issue is related to this topic:
Once the field Man and Woman will be correctly translated, your members will be visible.
Let me know if you need more explanations.
Cheers,
