I have tried multiple ways to get my members directory to work properly. The members under Members > members directory are not shown. Unfortunately after many tries as I have seen on the forum in different topics, this still does not work, comparing to your demo website. Do you have any suggestions how I can make this work?
Could deactivate all plugins that have not been installed with your theme please? You could also try to deactivate any plugin responsible for hiding access to members, like Paid Memberships Pro.
And then, could you confirm me that the issue is still persisting please?
I found out that under Members > members directory, I need to put it in alphabetical order, in stead of recently active, in order to see everyone in that members page. For now this will be fine, thank you.
You're trying to setup your theme but you're experiencing errors when importing the demo content? Or you've just followed the setup guide but your website doesn't look exactly like our demo? These are common issues for which you can find easy and quick fixes.
