Please note that the Members page, the Groups page and the Activity page are managed by BuddyPress. Can you please make sure the Members page is correctly set in Dashboard > Settings > BuddyPress > Pages?

I use language in Portuguese do Brasil, that’s why I couldn’t find the page. I changed and appears.
However, it shows that there are two members, but displays the message “Sorry, no members were found“.
Observation:
– even with a logged in user, it shows the same message.

If you have Paid Membership Pro plugin activated, this issue could also come from its misconfiguration (and its BuddyPress add-on’s). Please make sure to deactivate Paid Membership Pro (and its BuddyPress add-on) to test if this is related to the configuration of these plugins.
