Unfortunately, this feature is not available with our theme either. Furthermore, it’s outside the scope of the features that we’re allowed to provide in a ThemeForest theme. As suggested by the plugin developer, this feature might require custom development work.
For one, we recommend you try to reach MeshPros and request a customization quote:
These guys are the author of Match me for BuddyPress, a plugin that recommended to provide the matchmaking feature to your website. You might be already using it. They’ve quite a lot of experience with WordPress and BuddyPress development and might be better suited to help you.

How unfortunate that they follow the policies of a page, since you are the creator and owner of the theme and now I will have to keep a button that is useless. Since it should not be there, then the add-on is not compatible with the theme if if compatible, the button will be automatically deleted

As mentioned in the other topic (https://support.themosaurus.com/forums/topic/private-messaging-only-for-friends/), this is issue is also present with the default WP theme. It’s not specific to our theme.
To change this, you require further custom development.

We understand your frustration.
It would be indeed very nice, especially to be able to hide this button when not necessary. Unfortunately, your feature request is related with the improvement of a third party plugin, not our theme. As theme authors, feature development for third party plugins isn’t part of the support we will provide.Furthermore, we don’t provide any customization work.
As the plugin author is not willing to help you, the only solutions remaining is to develop this feature by yourself or ask for customization work from a freelance developer.
We remain available to discuss new feature requests related with the use of your theme in other topics.
