I have installed the theme and import data, when I want to edit any of the pages there is not a single option of the page builder instead it shows simple page builder code and not a single option from where I can enable the page builder. I have checked the theme documentation as well but there is nothing to reveals like how can I enable the page builder.

Please be aware that our demo have been build with Gutenberg editor. It is the default editor for WordPress and is recommended for many reasons, including its ease of use, speed and lightness. To know more about how to use Gutenberg, I think this article from WP Beginner might help you: How to Use the WordPress Block Editor.
In your case, it seems you’re using the classic editor. My best guess is that you installed the classic editor plugin. Could you deactivate this plugin please? Then, you should be able to edit your page with Gutenberg editor. 🙂

One more thing your theme is much confusing I am really disappointed with your theme elements I am unable to find the icons pack that uses in the heading I had read theme documentation which is also a confusing one. in the second image, you will find the icon pack that operates in the theme but are unable to find those icons there.

This topic was originally related to the use of Gutenberg. Then you asked a question about the testimonials, then another with the icons. Asking three question in the same topic make our support job harder. This is why we ask our community to comply to very simple rules, like splitting long and convoluted questions into short straight-to-the-point questions, like sharing highlighted screenshots as much as possible or like posting one topic per request or subject.
Anyway, I will answer you here:
- Testimonials: Please note that testimonials are managed by JetPack. Can you please make sure that JetPack is activated and that Testimonials feature is enabled? Then, when adding new testimonials, they should be displayed instead of this shortcode.
- Icons: To display an icon, you have to use a html tag. Here is an example:
<i class="stego-icon stego-menu"></i>. You simply have to replace the name of the icon in the class attribute. Here are some exemples:<i class="stego-icon stego-food-truck"></i> <i class="stego-icon stego-french-fries"></i> <i class="stego-icon stego-menu"></i>
