Hello,
We are currently having a problem with changing users’ profile photos, when we edit a single profile all the profile photos change and copy the edited profile, which is problematic in our case where we want to make sure that users change their own profile picture. a second concern comes from the fact that users cannot modify their profile picture by themselves, they can select and send the profile picture but it will not updateJune 23, 2021 at 16:29 #32797@themodactyl- 0 Topics

Hi Felix,
I’m not sure to understand correctly. Can you confirm me that when you’re changing a profile picture by a specific image (like the men image you send), this image is used for all the profile registered on your website? In conclusion, all the profiles have the men as a profile image. Am I right?
In that case, it’s best if we take a quick look at this…
Could you create a new website user for us please? If possible with administrator capabilities so we can make a quick check of your settings.
You can post the user name and password in your next reply and mark it as private to keep this between us.Also, are we free to deactivate plugins for our tests? In this case, I invite you to make a backup before we investigate your website further in order to make sure you don’t loose any data if something goes wrong.
Thank you.

Hi FELIX,
Unfortunately, we cannot help you further with this issue. We’ve deactivated all plugins except for BuddyPress and activated the default WP theme during our tests, and we’re still not able to properly edit the member profile picture. (Please see attached.)
The bottom line is that is not related with our product and we have no clue how to solve this. If it is not related with the software, it is very likely to be caused by a server misconfiguration. Unfortunately, the installation, setting or debugging of third party plugins and hosting server misconfigurations isn’t part of the support we will provide for our theme.
To go further, we invite you to ask for more help from your server hosting support because we believe that they’ll be better informed and more suited to help you. Maybe they could double check if all required PHP libraries are properly set, especially those related with image generation.
We remain available for all support requests related with the use of your theme.
