I have already PH 7.4 but still I cannt edit. I want to change the picture on the landing page.

I’m sorry to read this issue is still not solved. Unfortunately, as my colleague Jason told you, this issue isn’t related with the use of our theme or plugins, but rather an issue with the server not being able to read certain files for some reason.
It seems the issue was that when PHP calls a “require()” or “include()” instruction (which are basic instructions telling the server to read a file) the server randomly fails reading the required files. From our side, I’m afraid we can’t find out more.
In conclusion, this issue is very likely to be caused by a server misconfiguration. Please be aware that the installation, setting or debugging of third party plugins and hosting server misconfigurations isn’t part of the support we will provide for our theme. Can you confirm me you asked for more help to your hosting provider? We believe that they’ll be better informed and more suited to help you.

Okay, thank you. I am checking with my server support.
I was trying in the meantime to install the landingpage demo for gwangi community over elementor.
Following this: https://doc.themosaurus.com/install-the-elementor-demo-version-manually/?theme=gwangiBut when I try to upload the kit I got his error message:
“There is an error with the manifest file. Try importing again with a new kit file.”
Can you help me out?

Hi Miguel,
I think that’s because you’re using the new Import/Export functionality explained in the Available Kits part of the article. However, you’re not importing a kit, you’re importing the templates.
Can you confirm me you followed the steps in the Replacing the Pages part? Go to Dashboard > Templates > Saved Templates and click on Import Templates to select the file you will download.

Could you create a new website user for us please? If possible with administrator capabilities so we can make a quick check of your settings.
You can post the user name and password in your next reply and mark it as private to keep this between us.Also, are we free to deactivate plugins for our tests? In this case, I invite you to make a backup before we investigate your website further in order to make sure you don’t loose any data if something goes wrong.

Hi Miguel,
I followed the instructions explained in the documentation: I go to Dashboard > Templates > Saved Templates and click on Import Templates to select the file I download in the article.
It seems all is working fine. Can you please check that the templates are well imported?

The problem is, when I want to do this step:
“Click on the Templates icon. Then, in My Templates, you’ll find all the imported templates. select the related one and import this template into the page you’re editing.”
Then I cannt find any template. Can you perhaps check and upload the page?

Hi Miguel,
My best guess is that you restored a backup of your website made before I imported the Elementor templates for you.
I had to import, again, the templates, by following the steps in the article. All is working fine on my side. Can you please check again?

One more thing, if it is okay to post it here. When I am going to my profile (or anyone is going to his profile) .. then I got a error message (critical error) + the design is completly damaged.
