I would like to give the option for people to post videos. However they would need to be automatically resized, otherwise the storage would fill up too quick. Is there a way to limit video sizes? And is there a way to automatically resize videos?

Hi René,
Can you confirm me you’re using Social Articles plugin? Please note that a request has been posted on the plugin support to add allow users to add videos: Video support.
To limit the video size users can download, you’ll have to set up the maximum File Upload Size in WordPress: How to Increase the Maximum File Upload Size in WordPress.
By following the steps mentioned in this article, you’ll be able to increase or decrease this limit.Unfortunately, we really have no clue on how to resize videos during the importation. I’m afraid you’ll have to search in the WordPress community. However, I think your request might be related to the use or rt Media plugin. Don’t hesitate to address this issue to the support forum: rtmedia.io/support/.
Hope this will help you.

rtMedia doesn’t have a resize option and I couldn’t find a plugin for it either. Weird! Since WordPress is so big. Would’ve thought someone created something like that by now. Oh well, for now I’m not gonna use this feature then, to save some storage.
