Hello,
I have followed the official documentation. The Demo Import Wizard completes successfully, and I receive no errors during the process.
However, when I view the home page after the demo import process we don’t see any of the demo images present. I have attached a screenshot.
Additionally, I have verified that all of the media content is present (screenshot also attached).
Can someone please log in to our account and fix this so that our site is exactly like the DEMO?
(I have also attached a screenshot of our directory permissions, you can see everything uploaded correctly – the theme just needs to be fixed on the front end)

Hi @unvetica,
Thank you for buying our theme. We hope it will meet all your expectations. 🙂
Usually, the setup wizard should make the demo import run smoothly, but issues can occur sometimes. Please give a quick look to the the following post, as we address the most installation common issues:
My best guess is that these type of issues are caused by server misconfigurations. Please check the WordPress prerequisites here: https://wordpress.org/about/requirements/
For better performance (and better security) we obviously recommend the version 7.2 for PHP. Nevertheless, if this is not possible for you (server type, incompatibilities with plugins, etc.) we recommend at least version 5.6.X.
Finally, this topic might also catch your attention as one of our user shared the server configuration that has helped him to solve a similar issue:
https://support.themosaurus.com/forums/topic/import-content-page-loading-forever/#post-12500Even if the import wizard ends successfully, I think there is a certain limit that blocks the data from being imported completely. This should explain why images are not used in widgets.
Once you have checked the above points, you can easily reset your WordPress database using WP Reset (https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-reset/) and start fresh with our setup wizard.
We hope this will help! 🙂
Regards,

@themodactyl thanks for your reply..
I have gone through all of these steps prior to reaching out for support. I have reset the DB multiple times, and I have installed this on multiple new domains, and each time I can’t get this to work.
Please log into our website and install this demo theme.

Hi @unvetica,
Thank you for your feedback. 🙂
In this case, it’s best if we take a quick look at this.
Are we free to deactivate plugins for our tests? In this case, I invite you to make a backup before we investigate your website further in order to make sure you don’t loose any data if something goes wrong.
Thank you.

@themodactyl thank you.
Yes, please deactivate any plugins you feels necessary (although the only plugins installed have been the plugins that came with the theme – we have no installed any additional plugins)
Furthermore, we have already made a full backup.
Please go ahead and do whatever you need to do so that our site looks exactly like the “Learn” Demo.

Hi @unvetica,
It seems that the Elementor templates were not imported correctly. So we imported them manually. Now everything works fine. 🙂
Please note that a plugin is missing in your website. To show the courses like our demo, please download and install Learndash Course Grid:
