it didn’t fix the navigation issue on RTL and it displayed only 2 users where all the users?
the users issue start before change the new swap plugin!!!

Sorry Ori, we’re working on fixing the arrows for Member Swipe in the RTL context. An update will be released ASAP.
However, we’re not able to visit your Swap page anymore. Could you help us by providing more context (screenshots, URLs) in order to help us please? We’re not able to fully grasp your issue otherwise.

i found the problem it was because i create users manual and when do it you need to log in at last one time to users be visible on site

We have just released a new update of Grimlock for BuddyPress. Updating this plugin to the latest version should fix this issue.
After the update, the problem should now be fixed. However, you might still be seeing the issue because your browser cache is showing you an older version of the page (browsers do that to load pages faster). To see that the issue is resolved you will need to empty your browser cache and reload the page. If you want to read more on what browser cache is and how to clear it, here is an article that might help you: How to Clear Internet Cache in Every Major Browser.
