Please be aware that our theme is compatible with MediaPress and rtmedia plugins.
We started using rtmedia, but recently, some users noticed severals issue with this plugin. We think the issue you’re facing might be one of them. This issue is not related to the theme. I suggest you to report this issue to the plugin’s authors. They might have a solution we don’t know of.
However, we made our theme compatible with another plugin that works perfectly: MediaPress. This plugin will upgrade your BuddyPress website with a media management feature. If you are looking for a Media Gallery solution that provides pleasant experience for your users, I’m sure one of this plugin will suits your needs.
In case you would like to manage media in your forums, bbPress Multi Image Uploader plugin might catch your attention. This plugin allows you to upload images to bbPress topics and replies.

– install mediapress;
