Je vais parler en Français car il me semble que la prise en charge du support est aussi possible en Français (je l’espère 🙂 )
Je suis entrain de traduire la totalité du thème ainsi que ces plugins avec Loco translate et Poedit, seulement il arrive que certaines petites parties du thème ne soit tout de même pas traduit, et c’est très gênant, surtout que je ne comprend pas pourquoi et comment les modifier.
Premier cas en page d’accueil (voir photo en pièce jointe)
Comment faire ?

That topic is the only one in which we have replied in french and english. We have since decided to change our policy and only reply in english because it would be time consuming to translate the replies in both languages every time. Sorry for the confusion and thank you for pointing that out, I have deleted the french part to avoid any future confusion.

I have other questions that come to add.
I added the child theme on my FTP via filezilla, only when I select it in appearance and customize, the page does not appear (see the screenshot), when I put the old theme all works, can you m help?
(I have other request but I will separate them by post here even because with the screen shot everything will become incomprehensible)

I just saw that you put in the last update, the theme in a zip, so I delete the one that I put via my ftp, and installed the zip directly into wordpress, and it works, so this problem is solved.12/04/2019 at 13:38 #6247

Regarding the untranslated strings, they are displayed by BP Profile Search. Simply providing a french translation for this plugin will solve your issue. For more please read the following topic:

Your translation files work fine (see attached). I’ve sent them back so you can try with the same I’ve used when I switch my website language settings to “Français”.
