Using the Match Me plugin, after I do a search it returns the calculate match button. When I click on the button it returns the match percentage followed by the word “undefined”. I did some research on this error and it suggested it was theme related. So I switched back to a standard wordpress theme and the error went away. When I reactivated the Gwangi theme, the error returned. Any advice? Thanks!

Hi @atlanteanh,
We haven’t been able to test your member directory with your current PMPro configuration. When deactivating it, we’re still not experiencing the issue that you’re facing (please see attachment).
Could you check if your issue is still occurring and in that case, tell us more about it? For instance, you could take other screenshots, comment them and tell us the various steps that you’re making when facing this issue or maybe share a short screencast.
It will allow us to better help you. ?
Cheers,

Thanks for the help. This error appears when you go to the homepage and do a GEO Search, which returns a list of Members within the designated distance. When you click on the Match button under the profile this error pops up. I have attached screen grabs of each step.

Hi @atlanteanh,
Could you tell us more about the plugin used for your GEO Search? Is it part of the “compatible plugins” list found on our ThemeForest page?
Thank you for your reply.

This is the plugin. I’m not sure if it is on your campatibility list, however I have tried a few other themes and I do not get this error. Howwever when I switch back to this theme and the error returns. Very strange. https://geomywp.com/
