    Hello,

I have already posted this issue before Christmas but apparently was deleted in Error.

I have bought this theme and the demo is not like advertised.

My Demo (Classic Buddypress ) is not displaying as it should. I used the wizard to get this done but there are No images/menu/sections. Just a static page. I posted for help the very next day, only to find that the topic is closed.

If you require login details just let me know which email to send to.

    Thank you.

    Hi @djpete,

Thank you for buying our theme. We hope it will meet all your expectations! 🙂

We’re sorry to read that your topic has not been answered. Please be aware that we receive a notification for any new topic created. However, it seems we don’t have any notification of your first topic.

Usually, the setup wizard should make the demo import run smoothly, but issues can occur sometimes. Please give a quick look to the the following post, as we address the most installation common issues:

Demo Import Troubleshooting – Common Issues and Resolutions

In most cases, these type of issues are caused by server misconfigurations. Please check the WordPress prerequisites here: https://wordpress.org/about/requirements/

For better performance (and better security) we obviously recommend the version 7.2 for PHP. Nevertheless, if this is not possible for you (server type, incompatibilities with plugins, etc.) we recommend at least version 5.6.X.

Finally, this topic might also catch your attention as one of our user shared the server configuration that has helped him to solve a similar issue:

We hope this will help! 🙂

    Kind regards,

    Hello Manathan,

Thank you for getting back to me.

However, I have a small query:

Did you even have a look at the website? or your reply is just your standard generic response?

I have not seen anything in your response that indicated that you even looked at the website.

I have trawled through the whole of the Installation thread.(I dont call that support) and I cannot see anything that is like my issue. The installation is NOT timing out. So its not the upload limit.

So, can you help me directly or should I just get a refund?

On my part as I said, it is a modern installation free from any plugins except the ones that came with the theme. And after speaking with the hosting company, they say the PHP is the latest one.

I look forward to you resolving this for me.

    Many thanks.

    Hi @djpete,

I’m sorry our support doesn’t reach your standards. Please be aware that we have at heart to provide the best support possible.

Indeed, we took a look. As the the demo is not completely imported, our best guess is that a problem occurred during the import. It’s normal I send you all the common issues and their resolutions similar to your issue. What better way to proceed by elimination to find out exactly what your problem is related to?

Thank you for your feedback concerning the PHP version, it is an important information.

As all the quick solutions aren’t solving your issue, we will investigate.

Could you create a new website user for us please? If possible with administrator capabilities so we can make a quick check of your settings.
You can post the user name and password in your next reply and mark it as private to keep this between us.

Also, are we free to deactivate plugins for our tests? In this case, I invite you to make a backup before we investigate your website further in order to make sure you don’t loose any data if something goes wrong.

For all refund requests, please review the Envato Refund policy:
    https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/202821460-Can-I-Get-A-Refund-
    https://themeforest.net/page/customer_refund_policy

If your issue is matching the described conditions, please introduce your request to Envato. It will be redirected to us.

    Thank you in advance.

    Regards,
