Whenever I activate Woo Commerce Plugin, ‘Forums’ page shutdown. Only forums page, others are fine. It works well.
As your video(https://support.themosaurus.com/forums/topic/please-read-before-posting-forum-guidelines-and-quick-links/) I turned off other plugins, but it doesn’t solved.
Check it please.

We’re sorry for your trouble. That was very odd that massively used plugins like WooCommerce and bbPress where clashing with each others.
