Hi. I’ve search your documentation, but can’t find how to solve this issue. What is the trick to getting the Member photos to have great quality and not show up blurry ? When it asks you to upload a photo to a member account, it simply gives you a cropping box that sizes the photo as it needs to be. But all the dummy ones I’m creating are showing up blurry on the front end. Please advise how to correct this issue … thanks much. I’ve tried both using the crop box as is (which is not usually optimal for getting the right headshot) and extending the crop box to fit the headshot so it looks its best. karole

Actually I did see that support thread. My issue is not related to Mobile devices. I’ve not even tried anything on mobile yet. I’m talking about when adding them via computer.

Hi Happygolola,
In that case, it might come from a misconfiguration of BuddyPress. But to make sure, could you deactivate all plugins that have not been installed with your theme during its setup and all existing custom PHP code snippets please? And then, could you confirm me that the issue is still persisting please?
Please also make sure that you have the latest theme version and that all recommended plugins are up-to-date. Finally, you could also consider clearing all activated caching system as well as your browser cache before investigating any further. If you want to read more on what browser cache is and how to clear it, here is an article that might help you: How to Clear Internet Cache in Every Major Browser.
We’re waiting for your feedback.
Thank you.
