For me it’s not a Buddypress site, but a showcase site, with an incredible number of third party Buddypress plugins, that you have added, and that can break the site in the long run. (it’s already the case) (too many plugins is not good, for security, performance and SEO)
The automatic demo content version does not work properly.
I had to spend the night testing, and reloading the demo.
I had to make a mix between the demo-content.xml, and your automatic import.
Some links, and Buddypress links (like in your demo) don’t work.
The pages are not perfectly adapted for Gutemberg.
For me, only the design is worth it on this theme.
It has nothing of a Buddypress site, if you don’t install all the numerous plugins, which are not yours and not developed by you !NO USE, I’LL TAKE ANOTHER THEME
I already had problems, NEVER RESOLVED with your theme CERA….
IT’S THE LAST TIME I’LL TAKE A THEME DEVELOPED BY YOU!I WISH TO BE REFUNDED

We’re sorry to read you’re facing some issues with the demo importation. Usually, the setup wizard should make the demo import run smoothly, but issues can occur sometimes. Please give a quick look to the following post, as we address the most installation common issues:
In most cases, these type of issues are caused by server misconfigurations. Please check the WordPress prerequisites here: https://wordpress.org/about/requirements/
For better performance (and better security) we obviously recommend the version 7.4 or greater for PHP. Nevertheless, if this is not possible for you (server type, incompatibilities with plugins, etc.) we recommend at least version 5.6.X.
We tried to take a look but it seems your website is not accessible.
As you said, too many plugins will considerably slow down your page loading time. So, we advise to stick to the bare minimum!
Our theme offers a built-in setup wizard if you wish to import one of our demos but you can skip it and start your website without installing any plugin or importing any demo content as only two plugins (Grimlock and Kirki) are actually required to make our theme perfectly work. Not every use-case is the same and we believe that our customers should be left with the decision of what to and not to install. You can rest assured that our theme will work fine and perform better without few plugins installed. Moreover, all these plugins are used on our demo to show our customers what they can do. You don’t have to install plugins you don’t need.Finally, this topic might also catch your attention as one of our user shared the server configuration that has helped him to solve a similar issue:
Please be aware that the users, groups and messages are not part of the content that will be imported as this content should be created on your site by your users.
