Hello! May i know if we want to add the country beside the sex, which file or where should we edit? plz advice. thank you. Furthermore, the photo looks a bit blur after uploading… how to adjust the photo quality ?

You can set which fields to display in Customize > BuddyPress > Members Directory > Directory.
Concerning the blur picture, this issue has already been reported by other users:
Unfortunately, this problem is related to the use of the BuddyPress plugin. The fact that the images are not blurred in Media is due to the fact that these images are managed by another plugin. We invite you to report this issue on the BuddyPress support forums as the profile images are managed by this plugin: buddypress.org/support. They will be more suited to find out from where this issue is coming from and how you can solve this.
