Hello,
I have setup this theme <https://community.gorgo-theme.com/home-2/> on my setup but could not able to import same demo on my site it show diffrent menu there is not community feature working here so suggest me ,
what is issue over there?

Thank you for buying our theme. We hope it will meet all your expectations! 🙂
It seems the demo has been imported twice. If you’re convinced that something went wrong during the import, it’s recommended to address the issue right now as it might lead to other problems in the future.
In this case, we really suggest you to reset your WordPress database using WP Reset and start fresh with our setup wizard.
You can easily install the theme by relaunching the setup wizard, as it will programmatically do every steps for you.
Please note that the fake users, groups and activity posts will not be part of the import. Indeed these contents are fake and will not be imported as you will create your own with your own members.

I will take care about demo account, I will change them with other name but I need demo as per your shared theme https://community.gorgo-theme.com/home-2/ on my website.I have already tired with reset my site but could not able to get same things

To help us getting clues and find a solution to this issue, please activate logging on your website, just turn WP_DEBUG to true, by pasting the following code lines in your wp-config.php file, just before the line that says ‘That’s all, stop editing! Happy blogging.’:

Then, can you please reset your website and restart the theme setup again? If something goes wrong, we’ll know about it thanks to the lines added to you wp-config.php file.

Were you able to reset your website and restart the theme setup again? You have to import the demo. If something goes wrong, we’ll know about it thanks to the lines added to you wp-config.php file.

Please note that the installation of the theme is not part of the services that we offer. However, we made some tests and it seems indeed there still was an issue. However this time, thanks to the code snippet that you’ve recently added to your
wp-config.php
file, we should be able to read the error.we downloaded your
debug.log
file. After having reviewed your logs, we’ll be able to tell you if the issue is caused by our product, a third party plugin or any type misconfiguration on your server.If we’re not able to help, we’ll recommend you to transfer the error logs to the plugin author or to your server hosting support.
Anyway, we’ll be back to you as soon as we got more news.

It seems Sunil there are a lot of errors in the Site Health dashboard of WordPress. I suggest you to reach out your host about this. They will be able to help you solve this.
It seems your server is running with PHP 8.1.2. However, severals plugins you might use might not be compatible with the last version of PHP. Can you please downgrade to PHP 7.4?
Please be aware that our theme and our plugins (Grimlock plugins) are compatible with PHP 8. However, third party plugins are not all ready for the last version of PHP. For this reason, updating your PHP version to the last might cause some issue.

I have compared my https://dearsahityakar.org/ with demo https://community.gorgo-theme.com/home-2/
There are various difference overther you can check login/Register on top menu, As well as Sub menu and Home page version 2 has not all section as per demo, I need demo on my domain but it could be done yet so

Thank you for reaching out.
There is definitely an issue with your server. As you can see in my previous message, I joined the logs that where added when importing the demo, and today, while I was doing some tests. Please be aware that you can’t import the full demo successfully as your server doesn’t allow it. It seems there are some restrictions that prevent the theme setup to perform correctly. In conclusion, this issue is not related with our theme. It is very likely to be caused by a server misconfiguration. Unfortunately, the installation, setting or debugging of third party plugins and hosting server misconfigurations isn’t part of the support we will provide for our theme.
To go further, we invite you to ask for more help from your server hosting support because we believe that they’ll be better informed and more suited to help you. I suggest you to install the theme on another server for testing, I’m sure all will work fine.
Concerning the register button, that because you have to allow registration on your website. Please find the attached screenshot.
We remain available for all support requests related with the use of your theme.

These are not server issues because some of part already setup by your theme so it should come with complete backup.
1- You can see there is not sub menu like theme demo <https://prnt.sc/zx99Y0X-SnZb>
2- There is not member section on home page like as demoThese are definitely some demo concern from theme, If you need any help from server team we will surely ask to them so suggest me issue what ever you face.
If you need server access we can share so you can also investigate it in detail.
I want same as demo nothing more it and nothing some customization from your end.

Hi Sunil,
We tried to import a brand new demo on our server, all was working fine. All sections and all submenus were imported successfully. The fact that the demo is not complete is because there are some restrictions that prevent the theme setup to perform correctly. Some of the content is imported and some of the plugin are installed, but there are still some missing content.
For exemple, you can’t update Envato Market plugin. When updating this plugin, you face an error.
I understand this is frustrating, but as I told you, the theme setup works correctly. It’s only on your server that our theme setup cannot be completed. Please don’t hesitate to reach you host support and send them the logs I send you. They will be able to find out what settings on your server prevents the demo import. Then, you’ll be able to reset your website and restart the theme setup.
