Note that you can find additional information in the Site Health of your site. As you can see in the attached image, some files are not accessible for reading. As long as this error persists, it can cause problems with updates and plugin installation, which can potentially make the demo installation unstable.
The health site also indicates that some recommended PHP modules are missing, including the “intl” module which is used for internationalization and therefore may be important in some cases.

Suggest me what technology and which version you need to your theme so send me complete server requirement for your theme and your theme required plugins.
Suggest PHP version, Mysql version and other thing you need so I could ask particular things with my server team.Actually if you say that server issue then server team saying what issues you are facing but I have not any solution till now, so be positive to us.

First and foremost, please check the WordPress prerequisites here:
WordPress requirementsFor better performance and improve security, we obviously recommend PHP 7.4+. Nevertheless, if this is not possible for you (server type, incompatibilities with plugins, etc.), we recommend at least version 5.6.X.
Be sure our theme is compatible with the last version of PHP. However, some third party plugins might not be compatible yet.
Our theme offers a built-in setup wizard if you wish to import one of our demos but you can skip it and start your website without installing any plugin or importing any demo content as only two plugins (Grimlock and Kirki) are actually required to make our theme perfectly work. Not every use-case is the same and we believe that our customers should be left with the decision of what to and not to install. You can rest assured that our theme will work fine and perform better without few plugins installed.

Please note that I delete and replace the theme as it seems someone edited it manually. Indeed, some things were missing. If you want to add some custom work, please do it only in the child theme.
It seems to work better. I was able to upload more of the demo. However, the menus are missing. Here are the logs I got:

First of all, I’d like to remind you that the theme installation is not part of the support we provide. We made it generously to help you.
That being said, please be aware that you still lack of some permissions on your server. Be sure the theme is working fine. I installed an all new WordPress site on one of our server. I installed the theme and perform the theme setup: All was imported successfully, even the menus. It’s the proof that this issue is not related to the theme, but your server. Even after you changed, it seems you still have some misconfigurations. I’m afraid the logs were not useful in this case. However, we find out that’s why the menus couldn’t be imported successfully. We had to import them manually.
Now, all the demo should be imported. However, in case you want to create another website or import again the demo, you’ll have to solve this with your host. We are theme authors, we are not host. Therefore, we cannot solve a misconfiguration of a server from a third host.
I hope this will help you understand the source of this issue. I also hope that you’ll see we did all we could and more to hep you get the full demo of your choice.
