Hi Guys,
I have two questions. Recently purchase a license for Gorgo and one for Gwangi from envato with extended support to both.
Running into some installation issues please….
1. Gorgo – did multiple installs including did reset using wp-reset. The theme is not loading other than an empty page. Tried loading the Gwangi and that worked. Would there be a problem with the install package v2.1.0. Any suggestions as after 8+ fresh installs I feel there is an issue with the package or what I have downloaded. I did try a second loadload and it was the same issue. Want to use full vesrion of Youzify.
2. On the Gwngi, a crazy question. Managed to install the Community and customizing (want me to register separate?). Somehow my Header and Footer disappeared so I am no longer able to see the Login page or the Footer. Any ideas how I can get it back? We have a full version of Youzify working on this and want to get the Social Login going. We also have Elementor Pro for both the sites.

Usually, the setup wizard should make the demo import run smoothly, but issues can occur sometimes. Note that we tried on our side, but all is working fine when installing the last version of Gorgo theme on a standard server. Please give a quick look to the following post, as we address the most installation common issues:
In most cases, these type of issues are caused by server misconfigurations. Please check the WordPress prerequisites here: WordPress Requirements.
For better performance (and better security) we obviously recommend the version 7.4 or greater for PHP. Nevertheless, if this is not possible for you (server type, incompatibilities with plugins, etc.) we recommend at least version 5.6.X.
