Thank you! I actaully did follow these instructions. When activating the Paid Pro Membership registration form, it does not include the “required” fields. How can I add the membership options from Paid Pro Membership to the registration page that the template brings? See attached image for referenece.

I figured it out! In the customizer, under members directory, I pressed the eyeball icon and was able to add my field and it appeared, yaay! I feel smart lol!
Such a great template, so far it is great, client loves it. Left a 5 star review in Themeforrest!

Thank you very much Manathan for the assistance. I will contact my hosting to get it resolved. By the way, we love the template it is very easy to work, clean and easy to navigate. I do still need to get familiar with it, and will send another ticket for a different question. You can close this ticket it you’d like. Thanks again!
