    I make it 64 mb
    but it shows this error :
    File is empty. Please upload something more substantial. This error could also be caused by uploads being disabled in your php.ini or by post_max_size being defined as smaller than upload_max_filesize in php.ini.

    i got this error after importing the themeunittestdata.wordpress.xml into twenty seventeen theme:

    Fatal error: Out of memory (allocated 63700992) (tried to allocate 29870452 bytes) in /home1/ilovelat/public_html/sam/wp-includes/ID3/getid3.php on line 1710

    my server php version is 7.1
    wordpress is 4.9.7
