    Hello,

    I worked with someone from my hosting service and we could not figure it out. They requested that I provide them with the server requirements required for this theme. Can you please send those to me?

    Hi Manathan,

    Yes, I provided you with screenshot proof that I followed all of the steps, including the server’s timeout period. I tried setting it to both 0 and 300, neither made a difference. I provided you with the debug log in step 4. I also provided you with my login details to verify everything was done correctly.

    I set the max execution time to 0 and re-uploaded the theme. These plugins were not able to be installed.

    Hello,

    The max limits were already set to your recommendations prior to the theme’s upload.
