I have installed the theme on a different hosting platform/provider and I can see theme imported successfully.

Are you able to let me know how to fix the styling of the site as per my last comment.
1. I’ve included a screen shot of the differences between the demo and my installation.
2. Also, if the the register button clicked the popup comes with no white backgroundThank you

The common issues and their resolutions do not apply to my imported theme as I had no issue with importing the content is the layout that is not the same as your demo which is becoming frustrating.
I buy themes all the time and import demo data for clients so I know what I am doing, unfortunately I think there is an issue with your demo import tool that is causing this.I have tried few times to import the demo data from fresh installs but having the same result every time.
Your theme is one of the best, hence selecting it for our next project, and really don’t have the time to start fixing small issues.
If you have a resolution to our issue, please let me know so that I can implement, otherwise I will have no other choice but to find an alternative which I really do not want as I love your design and layout.Many thanks

Thank you for the fast reply.
The reason the plugin was fixed is you’ve installed Version 1.0.8 which and the one used originally was Version 1.0.71. I’ve included a screen shot of the differences between the demo and my installation.

Usually, we install a demo which replicates the developer’s own demo so users do not have to do extra changes.Many thanks for your support.

Thank you for getting back to me.
I deleted the plugin and installed the one you provided with the same issue.
I also deleted the site and started over again this time I activated all the plugins first with the same issue.Also, there are few area’s where the site is not the same as the demo i.e. the main nav menu and the user profile.
